ONLINE shopping

The prices in our Gabbag webshop include 21% VAT. When you’ve made your choice, click on the button ‘add to cart’. You will see the order in the cart at the top right of the page. When you open this you can add and/or reduce the number of products. If you have a coupon you can redeem it here by entering the code. If you are an existing customer, you can log in to your account or register an account or continue as a guest.

ORDERING

After you’ve made your choice, click on the button ‘proceed to checkout’. Here, you can enter the address details. This information won’t be disclosed to third parties. Clearly indicate when the shipping address differs from the billing address. Then choose the payment method to complete the order.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

If you have received a discount code, you can enter it in the shopping cart in the “coupon” field. If the code is accepted, the amount or percentage discount will be deducted from the amount to be paid. If it is not accepted, for example if the code is wrong or expired, a notification will be displayed. Pay attention to capitalization when entering the coupon. If you have problems entering the code, please contact us.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to claim a promotion afterwards.

Payment methods

At Gabbag you can pay by the following methods:

For Dutch customers, payment can be made via iDEAL.  With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases safely, securely and easily. iDEAL is the system where you are redirected directly to your internet banking program. To use iDEAL you do not have to register, download files or create an account. If you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank or Triodos Bank, you can pay directly with iDEAL.

There is also the possibility to pay by bank transfer (for customers outside the Netherlands). After completing the ordering process, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and our bank account details. This allows you to transfer the payment of the order yourself, stating the order number (the #… number mentioned on the order confirmation). After receiving your payment, the order will be shipped.

Riverty (AfterPay) – Pay afterwards (Netherlands)

Riverty carries out the entire post payment process for Gabbag.nl. This means that you will receive a payment overview from Riverty. With the Riverty App you can view and pay this payment overview, safely and very easily from your smartphone. In the online environment of My Riverty, you can manage your payment overviews from your computer or tablet. Riverty keeps you informed via push notifications & e-mails when a payment overview is ready for you. To approve your request to pay afterwards, Riverty performs a data check. Riverty uses a strict privacy policy as described in their privacy statement. In the unlikely event your request for payment is not authorized, you can of course pay for your order by using a different payment method. For questions you can always contact Riverty. Riverty – Pay afterwards (The Netherlands, via one-time authorization)

Riverty carries out the entire post-payment process for Gabbag.nl. This means you can view this payment via de Riverty App or in the online environment My Riverty. To approve your request to pay afterwards, Riverty performs a data check. Riverty uses a strict privacy policy as described in their privacy statement. In the unlikely event your request for payment is not authorized, you can of course pay for your order by using a different payment method. For questions you can always contact Riverty. Riverty – Pay afterwards (The Netherlands, via one-time authorization)

Riverty carries out the entire post-payment process for Gabbag.nl. This means that you will receive a digital payment overview by e-mail from Riverty. Riverty informs you via e-mail when a new payment overview is ready for you. To approve your request to pay afterwards, Riverty performs a data check. Riverty carries out the entire post-payment process for Gabbag.nl. This means that you will receive a digital payment overview by e-mail from Riverty. Shipping

For shipping of your order we use PostNL. For orders in the Netherlands we offer free shipping. For orders within Europe the shipping costs are €7,95. For orders outside of Europe the shipping costs are €25,-. Countries that are included in shipping within Europe are: Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria and Spain. Shipping costs always exclude any import costs or taxes. Shipping to outlying areas may take a day longer.

The delivery times for our orders vary per country. We aim to deliver all orders worldwide within 3 to 4 working days, but in most countries we deliver within 1 or 2 working days.

Delivery times:

Orders placed before 15:00h will in most cases be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 15:00h will be delivered the day after next. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00h or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Return & exchange after purchase

If a Gabbag item does not meet your expectations, no problem! You have a 14-day right of withdrawal*. If you want to return an item, please send an email to klantenservice@gabbag.nl stating the return and the order number. You will receive a confirmation of return and instructions on how to return by email. You can expect the paid amount to be refunded to your bank account within 14 calendar days of the processing date of the return. *The withdrawal period starts on the day of receipt of the product. If you invoke this right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return of the shipping costs. The purchase costs including any paid shipping costs (outward shipment) will be refunded by us to the bank account. Please note that the returned items must be in good condition. This includes the following:

  • The items must not be used, dirty and/or washed.
  • The items will be returned in their original, undamaged (plastic) packaging.
  • The items will be returned complete.
  • The items are provided with the original label(s).

After returning the item(s), we will return the paid amount as soon as possible but no later than 14 calendar days. If you have indicated that you wish to receive an exchange item, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt in our warehouse. Please note that Gabbag may charge a fee if the item is returned damaged. Please contact Gabbag’s customer service for questions about your exchange order.

Warranty pROCEDURE

Gabbag items are made with care and attention. They are guaranteed to be extremely strong and user-friendly. We offer a legal warranty on material and manufacturing defects for a fixed period of 24 months from the date of purchase and a Lifetime Warranty after that. Always keep the proof of payment (receipt or packing slip) of your Gabbag purchase. You can only claim warranty if the product has been used under normal circumstances, for the usual purpose, and that maintenance and use instructions have been followed. Damage that is not caused by material and manufacturing defects will not be compensated, but can be repaired/replaced for a fair compensation. Always contact customer service (klantenservice@gabbag.nl) first and if possible send photos. Customer service will then inform you about the warranty or repair procedure. Returns without pre-notification via our customer service will not be processed. See our warranty terms and conditions here.
